Getting your child's custody is more challenging than we can think of. At Diane D. Clark, Attorney at Law, we practice the principle of getting "the best interests of the child". We believe how love, affection, basic trust, and confidence would affect child's healthy growth and maturity. We make sure to help the conservator understand and prepare for his/her responsibilities. It may seem overwhelming at first, but with the help of a legal guardian, it'll be possible for us to protect your interests while looking at the future of your family.
Both parties share the rights and duties of a parent. But, if both parents are made conservators, the judge will specify the responsibilities each parent has separately and jointly.
Means that only one parent has the legal right for the child. The conservator has the right to make decisions concerning the child.
